Attack/Save

See Description
As you become adept at channeling life energy, you gain the ability how to directly interfere with the body’s function. Instead of simply introducing benevolent or disruptive energy, he can now directly attack and alter specific body functions.
You may spend 1 Vitality over the course of two Actions to interfere with the function of an organ, either in a positive or negative manner. To begin the spell, you use your action and spend the Vitality to begin it. You must hold concentration and contact with the creature until the start of your next turn, at which point you may use your action to complete the spell. If the target is unwilling, it must be grappled during the casting and may resist the effect with a successful Constitution saving throw. It may repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns. When you begin casting the spell, a creature becomes aware of it as it feels a warm tingling sensation where you touch it and in the organ you are attempting to influence. If it is asleep, it must succeed a Wisdom saving throw to notice the effect and wake up.
Examples: You can make a creature, or prevent it from, vomiting by influencing the stomach.
You may also restart a creature’s heart or shut it down. A creature whose heart has been shut down falls unconscious after 3 consecutively failed saving throws. If it’s asleep or unconscious when its heart is stopped, it makes no saving throws, cannot wake up, and dies after 10 minutes.
You can also influence a creature’s reproductive organs to prevent it from becoming pregnant (female), prevent it from having sex (male), or any other way you see fit.
The brain is too complicated and has too many fail-safes to be affected by this spell.
The effects of this spell last for 1 hour, at which point the energy that inhibits the cells’ dissipates and normal function resumes.
