Your hand glows, as golden veins snake over it. As you touch living flesh, they expand into it. If you wish to aid the one you touch, these veins glow golden and flow into them, revitalizing their bodies. If you wish to harm them, they turn black and rend their life force to transfer it to you.
Touch a creature. The creature either has to be willing, restrained, paralyzed or grappled by you. As part of the action used to cast this spell, you can make a grapple attack. Choose one of the following effects:
Transfer. You transfer an amount of Vitality equal to your Charisma score or less to another creature.
Drain. Deal 1d8 necrotic damage to the creature and gain half of the damage dealt as Vitality. This damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8) and 10th level (3d8). This spell cannot increase your Vitality above its normal maximum.
Draining Vitality from a creature with 0 hit points excecutes that creature and lets you recover Vitality equal to the number of vitality dice the creature had (Usually the same as their hit dice) For example you down a monster with a non-lethal damage type. The monster has 27 Vitality (5d10) and you drain it. You now receive 5 Vitality and kill the creature instantly.
