The spell can not identify normal cells infected by a virus, meaning that viruses in the bloodstream may be killed by this, but the infection will flare back up once the disease’s incubation period ends and cells burst with new viruses. It delays the viral infection but doesn’t eliminate it. Cancer cells also can’t be identified or eliminated this way. |
