| Pay 2 Vitality to activate a green barrier that covers your space. If a physical projectile (arrow, dart, bullet, etc.) enters your space, the attacker rolls damage as though they scored a hit. You must pay half the damage as Vitality and make a ranged attack against that attacker without any modifiers. On a hit the attack deals the damage it would have dealt to you. This does not include damage applied after a hit has succeeded, like sneak attack damage. Magical projectiles (firebolt, lightning bolt, etc.) pass through the barrier unhindered. Opponents in melee range can use their action to carefully make a single weapon attack. |
