As you extend your hand, a tether of green energy flies out. These tendrils connect with your target and either pull you towards it or it towards you. Whoever’s heavier wins the tug of war.
You launch a force tether that, once connected with the target, will move both you and it towards each other, depending on how heavy you are in relation to one another.
You may target a point in range. You instantly use all your movement to grapple to that location.
You may also target a creature in range. In that case, it must succeed a Dexterity saving throw, or be tethered. Once tethered, if the creature is the same size class or smaller than you, it is pulled towards you. If it is larger than you, you are pulled towards it. The creature is always pulled towards you if you are immune to being moved.
This spell is silent.
Silent. Most spells make a lot of noise when cast, or have flashy effects that reveal the caster’s presence to anyone nearby. A spell that is silent makes no noise when cast and so does not reveal the caster’s location to nearby creatures, but if a creature can see the caster it is still obvious that they are casting a spell.
