As an opponent tries to strike, you snap your gaze onto them. Your eyes widen and from them explodes a short flash of blinding white light. |
When a creature you can see targets you with an attack, you can use your reaction to cast this spell. You must cast this spell before the creature makes its attack roll. The attacking creature has disadvantage on the triggering attack. If the triggering attack is a spell that allows you to make a saving throw, you have advantage on that saving throw. A creature is immune to this effect if it does not rely on sight, as with blindsight, or is immune to the blinded condition. |
