General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from the operator of the site: saga-of-a-new-world.com (The Seller)
The awarded prices are final prices including VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs to a German address. The amount shown at the time of the binding order shall apply.
Payment is made when ordering by PayPal. A contract is concluded with the payment.
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of delivery difficulties. Reasons for this can be that no goods are available in the warehouse, or similar problems have arisen. Should the seller withdraw from the contract, the buyer will be informed immediatly and any received payments returned to the used payment method.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer, withinGermany. The delivery dates given are estimates and not binding.
Signed books are non-prefabricated goods that are adapted to customer requirements. A right of revocation according to § 312 g does not exist.
